Ordering & Availability 

Q: How do I place an order? 

A: Simply select your shoe, your size, add the item to your cart, and follow the checkout process. 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 

A: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. If you need to do this, please either send us an email at hello@shoesisters.com.au or ring 0416 166 444. 

Q: What if my size is out of stock? 

A: Most of our styles are not available for re-order, so once the stock has been sold it's goneHowever, please drop us a line at hello@shoesisters.com.au and ask the question – we might be able to source a pair for you. 

When it comes to our sample stock, there is no further stock on any of the styles.

Product Information 

Q: Are your shoes true to size? 

A: Most styles fit true to size, but we recommend checking the size guide on each product page for specific fit notes.  We recommend that you download the shoe fitting guide on the Size Guide page to check what size you are before purchasing. 

Q: Do you offer wide or narrow sizes? 

A: Select styles are available in wide or narrow fits. Use the filters or check product descriptions for availability. 

Q: What materials are your shoes made from? 

A: Our shoes are crafted from premium materials including leather, suede, and eco-conscious textiles. Full details are listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery 

Q: Do you offer international shipping? 

A: No, we don’t ship outside Australia. 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? 

A: Standard shipping typically takes 5 – 10 business days.  

Q: How can I track my order? 

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges 

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.  

Q: Can I exchange my shoes for a different size? 

A: Yes, exchanges are available for most items. Please check our returns page for instructions. 

Q: Can I get a credit if I change my mind about the shoes 

A: We understand that there is a risk when purchasing shoes online that the shoe may not fit properly or it is not what you thought you were gettingThat is OK, as long as you have not worn the shoes outside just drop us a line at hello@shoesisters.com.au & and we can take you through the process.   

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? 

A: Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, ZipPay and Klarna 

Q: Can I use more than one promo code? 

A: Only one promo code can be applied per order. 

Q: Do you offer gift cards? 

A: Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various denominations.

Q: How do I care for my shoes? 

A: Care instructions vary by material. Please refer to our shoe care guide for tips. 

Q: Are your shoes waterproof? 

A: Some styles will be made from materials that have a level of water resistance, but they are not designed to stand even for short periods in waterIf this happens, please follow the guidelines found in the Shoe Care section.
